Ford’s full-size commercial passenger van gets some major updates this year! Many are tech and safety features, but there are also a few appearance options (like new Wild Green Metallic paint) and comfort upgrades (the XLT trim now comes standard with Michigan-friendly heated front seats).

For 2026, every Transit Passenger Van does away with its old infotainment system in favor of newer SYNC 4 technology. A 12-inch central touchscreen and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity are also included. Your company drivers can use these features to access Maps via voice control, helping them get where they need to go with maximum safety!

An updated 5G modem not only helps you stream data faster, but it also makes over-the-air software updates possible. No more returning to the dealership for updates! Last but not least in the infotainment department, every Transit gets a one-year subscription to the Ford Connectivity Package. Your clients can connect up to 10 devices to the package’s Wi-Fi hotspot and utilize unlimited data throughout their travels!

To make your travels safer, the Ford Co-Pilot360 package is also standard, equipping both Transit trim models with helpful safety aids like automatic emergency braking. Two body lengths, Long and Extended, seat 12 and 15 people, respectively. With the High roof, your passengers can stand up and stroll down the center aisle without ducking.
