After choosing to drive General Motors products all my life, I decided to make a move to Ford products for several reasons. Many factors played into my decision; examples...Ford has a higher towing capacity, cabs are bigger (crew cabs) they set higher, they handle more like a truck, the cabs are quieter, and they have option differences. The moral of the story is that I got more truck with the Ford, for $110 a month cheaper than the Chevrolet. I went from a 2015 Chevrolet 1500 Z71 4x4 crew cab, to a 2018 Ford F150 4x4 Off Road crew cab. As far as the dealership goes. I dealt with Scott Iski….great guy, no pressure sales experience, didn't try to sell me something I didn't want, but did offer options. There was full disclosure throughout the process, there was no hidden fees or costs, everything was in writing and honored as written. I've had very limited experience with the service department, but it has been all positive. I would recommend the dealership as a whole, whether the Perry or Owosso location.

After getting let down by another dealership and the truck we were really hoping to buy got sold out from under us, we decided to check out Signature Ford. From the start everyone was so helpful! I have never been disappointed with the service I have received. Lunghamer will pick my vehicle up at work fix it, and then bring it back to me. This is EXTREMELY important since I work two jobs and do not want to spend a day off or have to take a day off to get my vehicle fixed, or oil changed.

I have to say the best buying experience I have ever had. Rocky Diamond and the rest of the crew took great care of us. Honestly goes a long way. The finance manger was also great no smoke in mirrors. Just honestly thru the whole process. Thank you so much!!

I love my Ford F-350 Platinum Super Duty. I get all my service done on my big 4x4 Plow truck. Professional and friendly service. Knowledgeable and fast. Always get me in and out and explain all that needs attention. Even find a few things like a slashed tire on the inside from a track grazed while washing my big truck in the auto wash down the road. Could of been a horrible blowout. They saved me a nasty accident and even costly repair. Love the team at Signature Ford Lincoln.

I recently purchased a vehicle, unfortunately and regrettably, I didn't buy it from Lunghamer, I bought it from Wilson Ford. Wilson Ford (The salesman ended up being a shady typical used car salesman) sold me a used low mileage F150 and with the issues I'm even questioning if the mileage is accurate. I was recently at Lunghammer. For some reason, I couldn’t access the link for a review, but I thought this would be a good alternative. My impression of dealerships has been negative, because of the cost of repairs, and the impression that dealerships will do anything to make a dime, but I had a different experience. Adam has my confidence for future repairs, if necessary. He made some recommendations with which I was happy. So far, the work that the mechanic did seems to have been done very well. One feature of my visit that I appreciated was being able to get in promptly. I also believe that the work done had a comparable cost to what other mechanics in the area would charge. I have had opportunity to go to Other mechanics in the area with other vehicles, and I will say that Lunghammer was much more professional than one of the other locations. I will definitely keep them in consideration for future work.

I went to Signature in Perry after visiting two other dealerships for a transmission issue in my car. The other two dealers will not be named: they did a perfectly fine job but ultimately, they did not quite get the issue solved. I want to call out an employee in Signature Perry's Service department. Aaron truly gave me 5 star service. I will admit that I walked in with a lot of problems and little patience. Aaron listened to every detail of each problem that I was having. Overall, my car ended up spending about two months in the shop getting repaired. Aaron consistently called me with an update twice a week. Every time I called with questions, he was extremely patient and when he was unavailable, he always got back to me timely. I must add that the rest of the staff, including the mechanics and techs that worked my vehicle did a great job as well and were very thorough, but most of my interaction was with Aaron. He was the perfect example of how an employee should be. Thank you Signature Auto Service, and thank you Aaron. 5 stars well deserved!

if you have to drive 75 miles to get a car you can't do much better than Signature Ford of Perry, MI. All business, very warm and friendly staff.

In June 2020 I purchased a used Jeep Cherokee from Owasso Ford. I noticed the Jeep for sale on their website for a good price, a really good price! I test drove the Jeep, immediately put in a down payment and went to pick up the car the next day. It turned it they had priced the Jeep about $2,000-$3,000 below market value (I'd been looking for a month at Jeep's so I knew that was true), but Signature Ford still honored the price and 6 months later I am still driving the Jeep that has given me no problems! I would recommend Signature Ford and Randy Bailey (sales) and Cheryl Root (finance) to anybody.

It was nice to have the airbag recall taken care of while I was teaching my third graders! The Gentleman came in grabbed my keys from the office completed the job, checked tire tread and looked at brakes and returned the keys to the office. While I had a break, I went out to see how things were going; he was kind and changed the airbag during my visit.

Although it took a long time to wait, and required them to convert the order to a 2022 model, the transaction was about as painless as you can ask for. The truck, in it's Atlas blue exterior and Baja tan interior is fantastic. So smooth. Martin walked us through the literally tons of features on this machine. My daughter goes to college in Los Angeles for Toy Design and we were driving 2000 miles home to Michigan. But her car broke down in Iowa, leaving us stranded on the side of the road. The car is 20 years old and so she needed a newer one to drive back to Los Angeles for fall semester. We had been looking around for Buick LaCrosses with CarPlay all over Michigan (and even in Indiana and Ohio) but none of them seemed right. We had test driven LaCrosse at this location before and that car really stood out to us so we came back to see it again. The service manager came out of the building to greet us when we were looking at the car, which was really nice because most service managers stay in their office. He got us the key and let us test drive it again. This LaCrosse has over 90,000 miles but it was so smooth to drive, everything felt brand new, and it was very clean. We went inside to buy it and our salesman was Eddie Mishler–who was very laid back and genuine–quickly got 4% off our price. It was really nice to have a salesperson who wasn't trying to trick us or play games. The finance manager beat our credit union's rate by 0.5%, saving us time and lowering our payment below what we budgeted. Eddie Mishler did an excellent job getting the car to the detail shop, calling insurance, switching the plate. And he thought ahead by getting the ball rolling on tasks while we were waiting for other things to finish. We drove the car home that afternoon...and no we didn't break down.

My good friend stopped to see us in his F-150 on his way home to the UP of Michigan and mentioned his truck was sounding like metal on metal on turns. We drove it over to Signature and although they were booked for service the entire day, we asked if it was safe to drive to UP so he could get home. The service manager took it out for a drive and then agreed it would not be safe to drive. Suggested it was probably a wheel bearing and said they would make room for it in the service for that day. They did and got him back on the road the same day. Fantastic integrity and service. With that kind of service I'm sure they also got the rest of the day's service done as well! Needless to say we were very impressed and grateful.

My wife looked at cars back in February and the salesman took his time even though we weren't ready to buy that icy day. Ten days ago we bought an Escape from the same salesman. These guys go the extra distance. Also lots of customer parking, sparkling floors and bathrooms, free coffee. Recently my Ford was involved in a minor accident. No damage to the body was apparent. However the dash had a icon lite but I couldnt determine where the actual cause of it lite up. I decided to go to our local Ford dealer here in Owosso for help. I was surprised. The business no longer was Signature. It had been purchased by Lunghamer from the Waterford, Oakland county area. I researched alittle to see what they were about. It is a family owned business and has been for 35 years. They are located in several locations. They sell and service Chevolet, Buick, Ford, GMC and Lincolns. I visited the Owosso site and found they more than met my requirements. When I entered the Service area I was immediately greeted by a Service Attendant Kevin Hoover. I explained my car wasnt running right and asked if he could look it over. Kevin personally moved car into the shop and a mechanic was assigned to find the cause. In a short time Kevin told me my car had ran over something in the road and damaged some critical parts underneath. Kevin wrote up the damage and what it estimated cost to repair. In addition with my permission Kevin called my insurance agent. Within a short time Kevin informed me my insurance company gave permission to go ahead and repair my car. He added the check would be in the mail today. The day of the appointment for my cars service a car pulled into my drive. The passenger got out and informed me he was taking my car to their body shop. It would be completed in about 2 hours. When done they would bring it take to me. As promised, my car was returned to me right on time. I am very pleased with Owosso's Lunghamers Service and the emloyees in their shop.

The service was performed timely and I was informed of the result of the vehicle inspection. It was provided with appropriate suggestions related to those issues. Staff was very friendly as usual, and recognized me when I came in without having to identify myself.

The short summary is, this was a fantastic experience for some (very) out of state buyers. We heard of the dealership through Autotrader. I found the exact Mustang I had wanted to build, with minimal mileage and a great price. The only downside was the distance - 1200 miles from our current residence in Texas. I reached out to Lunghamer Ford, and got in touch with Randy. Randy gave fantastic background on the car (owners, mileage, Carfax with some explanations), and even sent me a video of the car so we could take a quick virtual tour. He was transparent and easy to work with, and made sure we had all the information we would need to smoothly travel in from out of town to test drive and buy the car. We also had a great experience financing. Colin went above and beyond to answer our questions and get the best possible rate for us. Even further, he was able to set up the tax and title costs for Texas, since this transaction would be an out-of-state one. He also helped us settle our warranty options and narrow down the best value for our budget, and helped us make our financing journey as smooth as possible while flying in from out of state. My husband and I bought a ticket and our flight was arriving at 9AM. It was a fantastically generous offer for the dealership to send someone to pick us up. Dale, our driver, was a delightful person and chatted with us all the way up to Owosso. At the dealership, we were greeted like family and made comfortable immediately by the staff (including Randy). In no time at all, we were test driving the car on a country road in the middle of Michigan. The car was exactly as amazing as we hoped. Colin was not working on the day we visited, but Cheryl was in the office to help us finish up the last paperwork. She, too, was a wonderful person to work with. The whole staff was helpful and friendly, which made us feel even more welcome. I believe it took less than 30 minutes to finish signing all the paperwork and transfer ownership of the car to us. We enjoyed getting to know our new (to us) car on the two day road trip back to Texas. If we happened to be in the market again in the future, and another deal like this came up, we wouldn't hesitate to work with Lunghamer again.

From what was found, what the cost would be, etc. To boot, the cost this last time was actually lower than the estimate. I would like to note here as well, for small things (airing up my tires, reattaching the engine compartment cover - being that its a ford focus, this would have sucked to get under and do myself) they do for free too. At the rate they are going, I will be a customer for life. ***EDIT***: Just got a call for review, missed the call so I figure here is as good a place as any. They still take phenomenal care of my vehicles. HOWEVER one thing that I have taken note of is getting things scheduled. Michelle is great, gets things scheduled, gives calls back in a reasonable time. BUT ****I CALL TO REACH SOMEONE**** not to get a call back 30 minutes later to schedule. I am busy, as are most during business hours. To make customers wait just to get a hold of your establishment is silly; I know first hand this only affects service, not sales... I will continue to go through the tedious process because in most cases I can answer, but it is a problem I have noticed in recent years.

Took my 2013 F150 in for some much needed maintenance. 140K miles of MI roads, it was time for some TLC. Everyone from the service advisors to the techs who worked on the truck, were very professional. I was given a very detailed description of each problem and what it would take to fix it. They had my truck for about a week and a half, which I thought for the amount of work being done and parts supply issues was a very reasonable amount of time. My favorite part was they did not try and upsell me on a bunch of B.S. They gave an honest diagnostic of the truck and fixed what needed to be fixed. My truck runs like new again! Here's to another 150K miles!!!

I broke my side mirror. So far a good review in replacing it however it is in process because the replacement I got has a gap and so there is a whistle when driving which is annoying. I went back and a new replacement is being ordered.

I had a terrible experience up until today. We needed to find my wife a new vehicle, and she fell in love with a Ford Explorer on the lot. It was a very frustrating situation trying to deal with the sales person who my wife first met with. There were several un-responded requests for paperwork that our credit union needed. And the kicker was today when I emailed at 9 am and requested an appointment to take delivery. When we arrived at the dealership, no one knew we were coming and the sales person left for lunch. Here’s the reason for the 4 * review… Elisa and Collin stepped up and took care of us 100%. Without being notified that we were coming, they had the paperwork ready to be signed and within 40 minutes, they had the explorer fueled, washed and prepped for delivery. When I walked into the dealership this afternoon, I told my wife, I will never return to this dealership. Due to these two dedicated employees, I will return. Thank you Elisa and Collin!!

I have had my car there since Friday. They have good customer service experience, but when it comes to finding the problem, updating you, or getting the car done promptly on a reasonable time for something not very complicated, it isn't very good. I was told my car was done being serviced yesterday and as soon as I sat in it and turned it on, the problem was still there. The 2 stars is for great customer service, everything else so far lacks and I am not sure if I will be returning after all of this. Good people. Questionable service. Will update my review based on how the rest of this goes, if un-touched, I stand by my statements. Update: They finally got my rim and replaced it. It was a genuine mistake. I will consider going back here. Their services are appreciated. They found a couple more things I didn't even know about and I am happy with it. My tire light is no longer on. I saw a listing on the Lunghamer website when I was in need of a new car. I called about it and a couple of hours later I was taking it for a test drive. I wasn't really sure I would get approved for financing because my credit is not the best. But everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. And I drove out with a car I never thought I could get. The reason I am only giving this 4 stars is because I never give a perfect rating for anything, because perfect does not exist.
